Hi, im here wondering if i have gyno. I think i do, but its tough to tell. When about a year ago i was overweight (about 165 or so pounds at about 5"7) and now i am 125 pounds at 5"8. I am 16, and i am wondering if me being previously fat could have caused this. I am trying to get my body fat in the single digits, but it seems that my chest hasn't changed that much. I think im still in puberty, so is it possible they could just go away? I already have pubes, but it hasn't been until recently since my body hair has gotten a little thicker. Not sure if i can do anything about this. I have pictures included (im a little wet because i was in the shower) thanks in advance for you replies!

Congrats on the lifestyle changes. It looks like your nipplles are a little puffy but it is very mild. I woul ignore it for another year and go about your business. it will either get better or not. You will know then. Hang in there. My guess is that no one other than you sees it.

As noted, it appears that your nipples are slightly puffy, but if you're just getting through puberty, this may resolve (typically within 3 years of onset in puberty).  So I would agree with waiting.
