Hello doctor, i am 2.5 months post op.
my scar looks so bad, the nipple changed its color and my nipple is so PUFFY. I did not had it before the surgery beside GYN level 2. The scar will look better? i read that massage will help to breal the tissue and make it better, and i did it, however now it looks like that.
I also noticed to the dents in in the breast where the puffy nipple is. and also noticed to some dents on the same side (my left) where the diagonals are swollen (marked in the photo). I will add and rise my concern for the upper chest, i am not sure if this is fat or the GYN spread to that area, What do you think?
Shoud i be nervous that my surgeon did a lousy job? should it can still be healed overtime?

You are early in the healing process -- the scar takes 6-12 months to heal and look like a mild blemish.  Be patient.

The rest of your photos do not show a puffy nipple, sorry.  As far as the color of the niple, there is a natural darkening of the nipple after gyne surgery due to shrinkage of the areola.

Again, don't panic and be patient -- it doesn't look all that bad.

I agree with Dr. Jacobs. It does not look like your surgeon did a lousy job. As with any surgery there can be some risk of minor imperfections. Hang in there.

I would agree with Drs. Jacobs and Schuster regarding your result, which looks reasonable at this point.  The irregularities should improve as the healing process continues.  Your nipples don't look at all puffy, so I'm not sure what you mean by that, and based on the photos, the scar looks pretty good.
