please help

 i am feeling pain on touch in my both breasts and they are increasing in size.
i recently visited an endocrinologist but he is saying that it is pseudogynecomastia
whereas i can clearly feel painfull muscle and bean like things in my breasts though i have no swelling under nipple...

my blood test results

Total testosterone level-> 543 ng/dl of the range 290-1600

Total estrogen level->29 pg

FSH-> 1.1 range 0.1-11
LH -> 4.3
please give me advice...........
