Post OP gynecomastia surgery 8 days, still puffy nips

day 20 :

erect areola,  areola contracting:

I feel as this progresses day by day slightly better looking each day? what do you think guys?

whatcha think . day 22 here now.  Feeling pretty good. nipples seem flater. . .less painful everyday.  noticing some puffiness may be coming from fresh scar tissue where the incisions were under the areola. id imagine right now at 3 weeks this is when scar tissue is forming aggressively. 

Any advice to keeping this to a minimum?  I do have my first follow up on next friday thank god. .

Day 23

scar tissue forming hard around bottom of areolas.  right side is now seeming puffy on the bottom but i can feel thick scaring developing. hopefully will go away over time.  still looking better i think each day.

what can be done to reduce scar tissue formations at 4weeks post ?

Eight days is much to early to say.  You really need at least a month or more and wearing a compression garment.  On the surface all looks good at this stage  Send pics in 4to6 weeks.  Also, I have the same experience as Dr. Jacobs about undermining.
