Hello there I recently went through a general surgeon where he removed the gland in my chest. I currently have drain and I will have my second follow up appointment with the doc tomorrow. I have a couple of concerns. As mentioned the doctor was a general surgeon. I asked him if he thinks wearing a compression vest would be a good idea he said it would not be necessary. I am kind of skeptical because my nipples are sorta creased in. Shouldn't they be flat? here are a couple of pics... Any help is appreciated...

Most of us use compression and most of us use liposuction in combination with excision.  Other than that, there's not much to say--too early to comment on your results.
