Post surgery questions

Hello,

I had my surgery done on March 20th(1 week today) and I have three questions.

1. I still haven't got the incisions wet. I have read multiple conflicting answers, some saying you can get them wet right away, others saying wait a week. When I shower, I cover them with plastic. Is it better to not get them wet if possible, or does getting them wet promote healing?

If I do get it wet, I have the tape over the incision under my nipple. Am I supposed to retape it?

2. When should I begin adding scar cream/vitamin e to the incisions?

3. When can I begin walking on the treadmill? This will cause me to sweat so is this bad?
