random post surgery questions

hi,
I recently had my gynecomastias removed.
just some random questions that may sound stupid, but its been in my head.
Am I safe masturbating 3 days after surgery? As I know the nipples are affected by sexual activity. I was just wondering if not, how long I would have to wait.

And also,
I usually smoke 10-15 cigarettes a day, but have cut back to 5 since the op, is this acceptable?

No smoking is acceptable -- anything more than that will play a negative role in your healing.

As for masturbating, if it raises your blood pressure (as it well might), it could theoretically result in post-operative bleeding in the chest area.
