Regarding cost of surgery

Hello doctors. I've been thinking about getting a consultation for my puffy nipples but I would just like to know one thing before I sign up for a consultation. I'm wondering if surgery will cost less if I have a lower body fat as opposed to being overweight? If any doctor can provide me their opinion on this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

In general, I have a set fee for the surgery -- no matter what the body fat.  Of course, if someone is obese or morbidly obese, I probably will not operate on him at all.

I also have a set fee, which is applicable for most patients.  The only time I charge a slightly higher fee is if I am simultaneously excising skin, since this is a longer procedure.

I have a set fee for the surgery. In certain instances which are very rare there is dramatic excess skin,for instance in massive weight loss patient. In the rare ( under 2%) instances of excess skin we talk about an additional fee for secondary surgery before the first operation.
