Hi ,
I had surgery 4 weeks ago in poland and I had a scab over my nipple after the surgery .It has now fallen of and it looks like my nipple is gone .It still feels swollen and the healing hasn't finished yet from the scab ,but I am really worried .What do you think?

Can't really tell just with one photo -- but it may not be as bad as you think.  Try applying some antibiotic ointment and allow things to heal over.  It may turn out OK.  Give it a few weeks.

You are very early in the healing process -- don't jump to conclusions.  Be patient and allow things to heal.
