Is it possible to develop scar tissue just 4 weeks after gyno surgery if you had only lypo.or is it normal to feel lump behind aerola if you had only lypo.

It takes time for scar tissue to develop -- usually over 4-12 weeks or more.  What you may be experiencing is swelling, which can be firm to the touch.

There is truly nothing that can or should be done at this time -- just be patient and be in touch with your surgeon.

I agree with Dr. Jacobs. It is important to follow up with your surgeon. If steroid injections are needed, they can be started around 2-3 months after surgery.
