What are your thoughts on using PRP instead of kenalog for scar tissue post op?

The goal is also to improve the skin. I know it is overhyped but I have a lot of pain and pinching from the surgery. I am wondering if using PRP can help with possible nerve damage? Yes PRP is overhyped and yes the pain is most likely due to scar tissue.
I know PRP wont fix the issue 100%, just wondering if there may any harm in trying and if you can there could POSSIBLY be any benefit.
The area where the issue is over my chest is rather wide and the surgeon advised to avoid kenalog over that wide area, but I dont trust him any more anyway.

I don't think the PRP will work. While it is supposed to help with general collagen stimulation it is not supposed to "break down" escess scar tissue.
