I have finally worked up the courage to seek help. I have consulted with a few surgeons in the Houston area, and they are about 50/50 on treatment approach. Some want to do a donut incision to remove loose skin around the nipple, and the others either say the skin will firm up during healing and/or want to use renuvion plasma to tighten the skin. What are your thoughts? Im 36 and my weight is pretty stable. I am concerned removing skin will make the recovery worse but I am assured that a whole circle incision and nipple removal is not much worse that the half circle incision to remove the glands.

You would be a candidate for a two stage procedure. The first stage is gland excision, lipo, and a peri-areolar skin excision 4-6 months later.
