Swelling 7 months on?

Its been 7 months since I had my gyno surgery, lipo + gland removal on both sides, my right side is very good, but my left is still a bit puffy right under the nipple its self, if I pull the skin around my left side the nipple is still puffy, my right is tight, can't feel any hard lumps other than the area where the gland was removed I can feel like an area where tissue has been removed, so even know there is nothing there how can it still be puffy?

You should discuss this with your surgeon.  You may just have some scar tissue or swelling that might respond to a corticosteroid (Kenalog, for example) injection.  It's not possible to comment based on the photographs.
