teen puffy nipples

I know I have Asked this a lot but I need a yes or no answer. But can rubbing and pinching my nipple cause enlarged nipple or gyno oR puffy nipples.

It's all a matter of degree.  Certainly, any human tissue can be stretched out.  Have you ever seen a woman who constantly wears heavy earrings?  Her earlobes are stretched out.  The same can be true for nipples as well.  However, puffiness, which is breast tissue beneath the areolas, is not and cannot be due to manipulation -- it is genetic.

Thanks for the reply! I only did it once so I'm guessing it's just puberty. Is it also normal for the tip of my nipple to be really white and stick out when hard? I need answers as soon as possible cause I think it looks weird but maybe it's just me. Thanks, josh
