Hi all 

Hoping someone can help or has had a similar experience I had the gyno op with karidis probably eight years ago. 

It was a breeze really and I was pleased with results, the flatness and was pain free. I’m scared off all types of hospital treatments so it was a big thing for me to get the courage up.

The only problem after I seemed to get hard erect nipples and more so over recent years. I have been back to see him and are looking to have a nipple operation as it’s just this that sticks out. 

But I don’t really know what he’s planning to do. My nipples stick out the rest of my chest I’m fine with. Also will this pain free with just minor concerned it maybe painful. I’m looking at booking soon as can nipples through most t shirts which go rock hard. I don’t know why this happens if anyone has had this after surgery. Is it scar tissue which needs removing really confused and peed off thinking about this again so any help would be great. I don’t want to sound negative towards the surgeon as he did a good job and was an ok experience but I don’t understand how my nipples are now too big and get hard quick

I’ve had people comment aswell which is a bit of a nightmare, I have put a little weight on. But no chest fat has gone back on. 

I don’t know what’s causing my nipples to be really sensitive and go big really as they look normal when not just droopy. Has anyone had just a nipple operation

Unfortunately, there is no way to control what the muscle does in the areola and how it contracts.  The surgery can reduce the actual nipple itself but change how the areola reacts which can protrude when it contracts.  Good Luck

There are a couple of different procedures to reduce the projection of the nipple. It is important to make sure that you are not referring to "puffy nipples" because this is usually he result of breast tissue beneath the nipple and areola, something completely different than an overly projecting nipple
