UK Surgeons doing steroid injections for scar tissue ?

Hello,
I had gland removal January 2017. I developed scar tissue behind both nipples. On the right side it went away on its own but the left is still present and it bothers me. Unfortunately, here in Germany I can’t find a doctor who is willing to do steroid shots to break the scar tissue down. They‘re afraid of the risk that the areola could sink in.

Can you recommend any surgeon based in the UK, preferably in the London Area, that does such injections and has experience with it ?
