I am currently 9 days post op. Everything seems to be going fine.. but 3 days ago I noticed a scab like mark on the tip of my right areola. Im seriously worried this could be the start of nipple necrosis! Any advise would be hugely appreciated! I live over 100 miles away from my PS, so any advise I could get from any of the wonderfully helpful doctors on this forum would be amazing!

oh, and the white cream underneath is sudocream to help with the healing of the incision, shall i keep applying sudocream? Or try something else? Thanks so much!

Doesn't look like there is anything to worry about.  Sometimes there is a faint discoloration at the lower half of the areola.  It usually disappears within a week or so.  Recommend you keep applying your cream.

Looks ok to me but you should never hesitate to email a photo to your surgeon.
