Is the VitaMedica surgery vitamins safe for a 14 year old to take?

I looked up the ingredients, and the product has a lot of Vitamin A and a few other items, but nothing that looked especially concerning. I don't know, however, if there are issues with an excess of some of these items in younger patients. You should probably check with your pediatrician to be sure there's not a problem.
