Sir.have been suffering from gyno fr a while.i have puffy nipples n pure gynacomastia diagnosed.m a sportsman n 23yrs.sir my doc Dr.mohan thomas advised me sx .he says its modified liposuction or keyhole sx unlike traditional one where approach is around d nipple.he says he will make small 4 mm incisions on either side of my chest tats lateral.n through this incision remove both my fats as well as glands .n wear compression garment fr 3 weeks. I was satisfied way he talked.just wanna know about this technique. He most expensive n m going to him realistic but want fair results avoiding saucer deformity n also residua l gland causing puffiness of nipples.plzzz help.m gonna fix a date in a week

Photos are helpful in situations like this. I combine liposuction with surgical  excision via a periareolar incision. I find separate incisions lateral to the areola increase the visibility of the scar dramatically.
