my dr. told me to try Andractim ( DHT ) gel
local application
he said it may or may not work ! this is related to what ?
what makes it work or dont ?

Applying a gel (of any kind) to gyne will only make your skin greasy -- it does absolutely nothing for the excess tissue underneath the skin.
