Would you suggest lipo?

Hi
I'm now 1 year post op Gyno and lipo to my chest, I had lipo done before that to my chest, before having gland removal last year too.

Can I just ask opinions please, my chest looks alot better than it did, and gland feels all gone, so Im really asking, if I'd benefit from upper chest lipo, as it seems my chest looks a little rounded still to me, and loose skin from my last op, which i think could be tightened if I had lipo in the upper chest?

Just hoping for some professional opinions

You may or may not benefit from lipo on the upper chest.  Try the "pinch test" and see exactly how much tissue is present over the muscle -- and compare it to your lower chest, which I presume has already had surgery.

And BTW, additional lipo will not tighten loose skin!  In fact, it could make it worse.

Additional lipo will not tighten the skin. The countour looks pretty good but an exam would really be needed to tell. There are some non surgical skin tightening machines like the Viora that might help tighten the skin but they don't do anything about any residual fat.

You would need a skin tightening procedure to address skin laxity. Without performing a physical exam, it is hard to say if liposuction would help. It is a matter of whether or not the rounding is a result of either fat or breast tissue. Overall your chest looks good.

Generally speaking, a chest contour that includes fullness in a man's upper chest is acceptable if not desirable. So deflation of the upper chest will not necessarily improve your appearance.
