Bc medical only covers under 16

I called a certain plastic surgeon in Vancouver and asked about Gyno surgery and the coverage under bc medical and they told me it was only available to kids under 16.  Wtf is that, most kids aren't even fully developed at that age.  I hate the Liberals.

Is this true?

I don't know I have only lived here a year, but if so that's total BS.

Something not quite right there... From what I understand, Surgeons refrain from operating on pubescent males for Gynecomastia as it may only be a 'temporary' condition as a result of raging hormones. No sense in cutting someone if there is a chance the condition may disipate.

Call a few other PS's. See what they say.

BC MED IS COVERING MINE AND I AM 38.  THEY ARE NOT COVERING THE LIFT.
