that I might need lipo only? His Dr. Brown, in Richmond BC. His the most recommended by these boards in BC. But most ppl here seem to disagree that lipo only works. He told me that he would have to see when he starts if I need an excision... My case is mild, but my concerns are psychological. Should I demand an excision?

Yes, in most cases, Lipo-only patients are very unhappy with their results.

Yeah, you should tell Dr. Brown that you want Excision as well as Liposuction. After all, you are the boss he is the 'servant', so-to-speak!   

If he 'refuses' to remove gland, then go else where my friend...
