Gynecomastia or Cyst?

I'm not sure if i have Gynecomastia or just a Cyst. I've had two ultra sounds done over about a 3 or 4 year period. The first time my doctor said it was a Cyst. The second, analyzed by a different doctor, said it was just a build up of muscle tissue. It is only in my right breast, not my left and feels like some sort of hard disk is in my right nipple. Are these the signs of Gynecomastia or is it likely just a cyst?

I personally wouldn't trust family doctors.  Mine had no clue about gyno and told me some BS about it.
