Happy with dr lista's surgery?

Hey everyone. I'am having my surgery nxt week with dr lista. Iam a little nervous . For those that have had the surgery in the past year, are you guys happy with the results.Was glandular tissue removed in every case?

My other q is about recurrence ? 20 yrs down the road when Iam in my 50's, can I expect to get it again.
As well , how much of a weight gain would one need . Iam 5"11, 188.If I go 15lbs in either direction, will it look bad.
