How does Dr. Fielding decide Excision and/or just Lipo

Hey guys.

I understand that liposuction is need to remove excess fat, and that an excision underneath the nipple is done to remove the extra breast tissue (correct me if i'm wrong).

How do i know if i need both? one or the other etc. (I have a moderate case of puffy nipples and a bit if excess fat, so i would assume i would need both excision and liposuction?)

Does anyone know how Dr. Fielding decides whether or not to perform Excision and Lipo or just lipo?

if you have puffy nips, chances are that you need excision as well. best way to be sure is to schedule a consultation appointment with him.
