Well I have my surgery date set up and everything, says I need to get my history/physical done from my family doctor...
What are they gonna be doing?

It also says on the form : "•   Pre-operative blood work should be done either at your local lab 4 to 3-weeks before your surgery.  "
Where do I go to get this done? Can the family doctor do it? If not, is it possible to do both the same day?

Clearly I never go to the doctor. I went once like 2-3 years ago to check out my wrist (after 1 month of it being injured  :P),
and I cant remember a time before that. hah

That's odd, Doc Fielding didn't make me get a physical/blood work...  I wonder if this is standard practice for Doc Lista?

Yeah, you should be able to get blood work done by your GP. Yes, you can get a physical and blood work done the same day...

Doc Lista prolly just wants a general physical done... just to make sure you are generally in good health...
