Local anaesthesia surgeons in Canada?

Hello,

I have mild Gynecomastia. I am looking for a surgeon that performs the procedure under local anaesthetics as opposed to general. I am not very concerned with cost or location, although I live in Kelowna, BC and the less I have to travel, the better!

The thought of general anesthesia scares the hell out of me. If anybody has had to surgery done with local anaesthetics within Canada, please share you story!
