(New Here) Met with Dr Fielding today

Hi everyone.  I have been a  lurker on these  boards for a while and have decided to post.  I met with Dr Fielding today.  Seems like a nice guy. I went through the consultation and am deciding weather or not to go through with the procedure.  My surgery has a cost  of $1800, which I thought was a bit odd as I read here that it would range from 1200-1500.  (Perhaps someone could shed some light on this)  I have read some good and bad experiences with Fielding but not enough to sway me either way.  I'm unsure if the negative results were from people who had unrealistic expectations as I haven't seen before or after pictures of the unhappy patients.  Anyhow I'll be deciding sooner than later and if I decide to do it I will most definitely take pictures and what not.
