PAL by Dr Lista?

I am going for a consultation with Dr Lista shortly to get some lipo work done. I know that a fair number of folks on this board have gone to him, so I thought I would ask here.

I am not going for Gyne work, just for some areas that Dr Fielding missed, and to get rid of them good ol love handles.

Here are my questions:

1.) How was the overall experience with PAL?

2.) In terms of recovery time from the PAL, how many days did it take before the bruising was gone and swelling as well?

3.) Was it somehwat painful (after surgery recovering for the next 4 weeks) ?

4.) End results, how do you rate it (symetry, bumps etc)on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best )

Any insight is most appreciated,

i havent had PAL yet, but all information i have read, is that this method is much better! It is more gentle and more effective!
