Post opt Scar

Hi did anyone encounter any post opt scarring? Its been multiple of years since my first surgery. I've had a few revisions, now I have a bad scar under my nipple.
What can I do? scarring cream and such won't do anything.
Do I get a scar revision?

Dude, I can barely notice that. But, tanning may help blend it in. Other than that, hit the gym also. You're good to go man don't worry about that tiny little scar.
