This guy is good. Amazing job.
I am happy for you man.

quick question:
where was the incesion, arround the nipple, under armpit, below chest???
How long did it take you to recover and move your arm?? could you move your arm on the day of surgery?

There are four incisions in total.  One on the lower-outer portion of each nipple, about 1/4 the circumference of the whole nipple.  Then one diagonally below each nipple at the top of the ribcage.  Starting from the nipple go three inches down, and three inches horizontal towards the side. (so yes, below the armpit basically) Those ones heal fast.

Have a look at my pics and you can see the incisions as dark tics.  Directly below the nipple is just bruising, which is gone now (15 days post op).

Arm movement was possible right away.  Just not raising it past horizontal.  Or carrying anything of  weight for the first week.  The hardest thing about the first week was getting in and out of a lying down position without using chest and arms too much.  I suggest doing some core work before surgery, that might have helped.  Maybe practice getting up and down for a good prep.

After one week I could touch my head and carry moderate things.  But you want to keep your chest as relaxed as possible.  I remind myself to untense my shoulders and chest often. Now it's week two, and my arms can go straight up, though there's still some tightness when I do.
