Compression Garment Below Nipple?
I think the compression garment has fallen down so it might not be on top of the nipple at the moment, is this effective? Thanks.

I had surgery a few weeks ago and my surgeon sent me home with a compression vest (garment) because I had liposuction along with removing tissue.  What you have on seems more like a wrap which I read is sometimes used.  If that's not how it was when you went home, call the doctor.
