Getting the Best out of your Compression Vest post-op

Hey everyone,

After reading many post/articles I've come to the conclusion that you must wear your compression vest post-op for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Some people even wear them long for comfort or at night while they sleep to ensure the best results. However, I've also read on some sites that say that after SmartLipo procedures, recovery time is decreased by comparison to traditional liposuction. They suggest wearing the vest for two weeks.

Does anyone have any experience with compression vest and smartlipo?
Could smartlipo be a better alternative for those wanting to avoid having to wear a compression vest for a month or more?
