Getting compression vests on and off

Anyway it's really difficult to get on an off, and I need to take it off to shower, any tips?

I laughed at someone once for suggesting doing it like a dress, but it works. What I do is put my legs in the neck hole, hoist it up close to my chest, and then put one arm through each hole and then move it around so it looks normal.
