Just to give you guys a heads-up, Underworks overcharged me by 10 dollars, never shipped me the order, and never replied to my inquiry or dispute (been almost a week now).

I've called me bank to cancel my credit card (suspended now). So buyer, beware.

try and give them a call, and leave a message if necessary (not email). I had a similar communication problem with a replacement garment..no replies to email, no garment etc..but when I rang and left a message with the details, it was sorted. Try that.

did you get the problem fixed do they honor refunds back to your credit card within the 15 day policy?

after reading this, i contacted underworks by email about my order, i immediately got a response, and received my order today
