Great results mate, you must have had a lot of gland looking at the before very much like mine. Looking flat now though, I bet you're really pleased. Congratulations and keep us up to date with our healing.

Thanks guys. Yeah my glands were very big nufc, 9cm x 8cm and very thick, not sure of the weight of them. You can see from the markings the ultrasound expert made just how big they were.
With regards to recovery i haven't done any massaging yet, my chest is still quite sore and tender and has swollen a fair bit, more so on the left side. Katarzyna also advised i don't get the stitches removed on the 8th day and to get them removed on the 10th or 12th day. No scar tissue build up yet but i suppose that will come once the swelling subsides. The more lipo you have the more swelling you are likely to get.
Got myself some more jelonet from the chemist and also some arnica cream.
