Just had surgery

Hi Guys,

Had surgery last night.

Didnt neep lipo which was good, i opted for full gland removal from both nipples.

I got new dressing put on when i woke up and saw my nipple is quite indented...is this normal straight after?

I have been told i need to massage and like squeeze the nipple away from my chest to stop it from indenting.

Was done by -- in Poland.

After full gland removal how common is this..i had mine done and my nipples look quite indented although its only a day after my op.

Everything went well.

Didnt need any lipo.

However they are  quite indented...although im hoping this will improve over time.

I have been told I can have a shower today, although is it best not to have it to warm?

I was going to have a nice masage in the shower....

Appreciate any advice.

Mate your chest can look like a right battlefield after surgery, maybe your's less so as no lipo
Give it a week and then speak to the surgeon before you return home
