Cheers mart,

3 weeks today since surgery, bruises nearly gone now. Been wearing underworks vest 24/7 upto now since stitches came out.  Once bruises are completely gone will probably just switch to wearing either at night or in the day for another few weeks.

I got an underworks vest from amazon, its was £34 if that helps to find it.  I didnt buy mine until I got back to UK and it only took a few days for delivery.  Dont think there is any rush for you to buy one before you go as I waited to have my stitches out before I started wearing it.

thanks for the advice just ordered my vest from amazon gonna start wearing it before i go out to get used to the vest and obv cover my gyno which is noticeable.. and den wear it full time after surgery to compress my new flat sexy chest.

also gonnna hit the gym as much as i can to tone my chest and abs.. so once i have surgery il be all flat and healthy.
ive noticed when i bench press my chest becomes much worse so imma bench and grow my chest as big as possible knowing imma get all that fat and gyno outta my system after i have surgery and result pecs lol
