What size vest does Katryzana say to get?

Hi guys, I'm going to be buying my Macom compression vest soon and I'm unsure of what size to get. I would be a medium now, but I think I remember someone sayinh that Katryzana (I never remember the right spelling, sorry) says to get the size below what you normally get. Is this true? Should I be getting a small?

Hi wezzer,

Yes Katarzyna advises getting a size smaller but I didn't and I'm pretty glad as it was tight enough as it was.

That probably doesn't help much!

Lol! No, that doesn't help much at all! I'm gonna measure again and pull the tape tight to try and guess what size I would be if i was flat. I think im at the lower end of the medium anyway, so a small might be the right choice.
