i have recntly got lactal discharge

i never had nipple discharge in the past. mine are pierced for the last 20 years & not puffy or anything. now my test. replacement therapy has been cut and i get this horrid discharge, crust known as "galactorrhea". i was tested for it. it is lactal fluid.
     a little about my background:i am a 40 yr. old healthy male who alway had low test. problems but did not know it. i never had a libedo, am prone to depression, severe anxiety, thin build, but have no definition, female-like fat deposits. some soft gynecomastia, mostly fat. i worked out for 15 yr's w/ trainers & saw little improvement in my body. i got my test. levels cked. & it was 129! so in 2003, i was put on test. ciponate injections & arimidex to deal w/ the gynecomastia. it helped tremendously, but now i have had an economic crash & depend on medi-cal insurance, which won't pay for my endicronology treatment. i have been off test. & arimidex for about a year. my body warped back to it's female body fat distribution. all the emotional problems came back. no libedo, depression etc. and now this disturbing, lactation stuff. what should i do? it is'nt the piercings, as it never happened years ago & i want to keep them. any s.f., medical, endo. referrals would be most appreciated.
