3.5 weeks post op question

ok so im out 3 and a half weeks from surgery, and my nips so far, look 50 % better, i just had excision for puffy nips. my problem is when i flex my nipples really compress and kinda get a crease in them, but when i dont flex they return to the puffy state, is this a matter of the nipple taking time to tighten up? or am i not going to see any more improvement?> can anyone whos had this problem enlighten me thanks.
