3 Weeks Post up Unhappy

I'm 3 weeks post-op and initially was happy with the results but as the days have gone by and the swelling has settled it looks like not a lot has been done. Looking straight on in the mirror I still have moobs and a hangover.
My gyno was not horrific so i was expecting it to be completely flat, I still feel like I have gyno which defeats the object of the surgery.
I know a lot of you will probably say its early days but the swelling has gone, the area is not sore or squishy, obviously the tissue will still be healing but unless a miracle happens I can see being much further change.

Three weeks is far too early to be passing judgement. 3 months might even be too early for some people.  With some kinds of surgery, Physical therapy is just getting started at this point.  With others, at three weeks you would still be using a walker.   The skin might have healed, but the tissues below the skin heal more slowly.
