Yes, I can see evidence of mild gyno, mostly visible in the third picture.

You know your chest better than anyone else. And nobody will note changes like this better than yourself.

If you have lumps that are sore it needs to be properly addressed, and based upon your statements, I think your doctor failed to do that. I would seek another physician.

BTW, you might want to post your blood tests. Sometimes the first doctor may not recognize something. They may be 100% normal, or they may not. Don't take his word. Get another opinion because if you are growing painful lumps, then something is going on.

At this point, I would be highly suspicious of the 1600 mg ibruprophen per day. Thats a hefty dose for the long run.

Very mild case man. I would say a 1 out of a 10. What's your thoughts Grandpa?

Which Grandpa? Me or Bambu?

Well, since I'm here- - -  -

I'd go with the 1 in 10 evaluation previously given with the following caveat:

A change in the breast should be enough reason to see a Doctor even if there is no other symptom you have noted yourself.

It is rare, but breast enlargement can sometimes be a symptom of other problems. Have it checked out.

Thanks.

Its just strange when your lying in the bath and look down and notice a different shape, especially at my age.

The soreness is weird though as ive not read much about this detail in other peoples threads.

Ill get a 3rd doctors advice

i vote higher like 2-2.5, the conical puff and general shape, and i've always said anything close to a 2 is enough to make you unhappy.  it is unusual to get it as late as you did except the senior onset cases.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
