4 months after surgery... not satisfied. HELP!

Hello there!

I've had a gyno surgery. at first sight it was very fine. there are no scars, healed nicely.

I feel some gnarls in there, and my nipples are puffy. The doctor said these gnarls will disappear in max. 2-3 months. I waited now 4 months and they are still there, and they are sensitive! I will visit my doctor as soon as possible, but i hope that someone can give some advices about my case!

Well i guest i have a similar situation but the think is i dont feel any gland behim mi nipple but he still a little  puffy, i got date with my surgeron let see what he have to say.

Sounds like it could be scar tissue.
