about zinc?

hello guys... i have some small gyno and puffy nips.
if i supplement with zinc, could it harm my gyno making it worse?
(i haven't been to an endo)

i dont think it will do much or anything, just make sure you dont take too much or you can get zinc poisoning

i will take zinc to help me in powerlifting.
my question is if it could make my gyno worse.?
