hmm...I am afraid that after i get surgery my gynecomastia will reoccur, i went to an endocrinologist and he said my hormones were "ok" but i vaguely remember him saying something about "something" being on the low side. But everything was "normal"

I'm having surgery 9th june

And i'm thinking about going to another endocrinologist for another opinion..to be a 110% sure..

true -- but on the other hand, the odds of recurrence are probably insignificant.  if you do another visit, you can reassure yourself by explaining to him/her the reason for your concern, and they will tell you probably not to worry, then cover their tails by saying there's no guarantee.  but there's no guarantee you won't be hit by a bus tomorrow either, so like allan said, probably not an issue.
