 I got into a pharmaceutical study that will pay me 3,700 dollars  around october or november. It will take me about a month to make it. i was wondering if i could possibly afford a surgery with around 3,700 bucks? I'm gonna schedule a free consultation to confirm the gyne but i'm atleast 95% sure i have a mild case.

If your under 18 I beleive the government can pay for it. Thats in Canada. Im not sure where you live. Also, if you want liposuction, thats usually around 800-1500. But if you just want the gland taken out, I think with 3700 you can pull it off. Might have to throw in a few hundread from your pocket I dont know.
