Another ,,, 1-10 ... how bad is it ?

Well, i want to know how bad it is obviously and as well,... is it realistic to expect a FLAT chest>? and does it look like i might need a nipple reduction thing?

Not bad at all, I am thinking you would only need excision.  You do not have much at all, its not your boobs its your nips.

It's hard to tell. Some people nipples get small after gynecomastia surgery, some stay the same. Do you feel a hard gland behind them?

if i grabb my chest i can feel like a hard disc... its hard to describe  but thats the best word i can use...

i also added 4 more pix... maybe it looks a lil worse or better i dont know ... but my hope is that with the surgery i can have a normal flat chest... is that realistic considering the size of my chest ?

It doesn't look that bad.. All you have is puffy nipples..
Don't think it's worth it to get surgery..

BRO ! sorry but you dont know how much it affects me emotionally, etc...
 like i wish i could just cut them the darn off... i may sound like im over reacting but it holds me back from soo many things ... like im a decent looking guy but i dont bother hitting on a girl... cuz i think of those and like drown in pity... i fucken hate it ... i have to get the surgery...like i always have my shoulders down , pinching my nips , etc... litterally like 1/3 of my day is thinkin about them and how to avoid showing them ... i cant stand it anymoreee
