Another quick question.

Does the incision for gland removal have to be directly around/on the areola?
Or can it be farther away from the site?

My surgeon used a modified scissor-like tool cut my gland up and then remove it with a fork-like tool, all through my lipo incision. So, to answer your question, yes, gland can be removed from somewhere other than directly around or on the areola.
